    We have developed an extremely successful working partnership with DBA Project and have found them to be dedicated advocates for the student whilst building crucial working relationships with our teachers and staff on site. Parents have felt supported by having a neutral professional involved, and the team around their young person brings stability and opportunity to facilitate realistic discussion around consequences to actions that extend further than the school environment. We have watched students grow in their ability to reflect and understand the need to take ownership of their actions whilst having someone other than a parent to champion them.

    The support I have had from my mentor has been on point for me. I know they are always there no matter the time of day or night. They have helped me in my personal life a lot. I’ve enjoyed boxing and aim to go into the sport at an amateur level. Most importantly, being a 17-year-old adopted boy, my mentor has kept me on the right track and supported me through my A Levels. These guys are very special!

    DBA Project engaged with my son via Links Academy School. He was involved in criminal activity and county lines. He was not attending school, and we had serious concerns about the safety of our home; my family were scared and unsafe every night. Daniel and his team engaged my son daily and would not stop. They pushed social care, the police and all agencies to get us moved to another home in a safe area. My son gave up the criminal lifestyle, and I got my family back, including my youngest son, who had gone to live with his dad due to my safety concerns. Without DBA Project, I don’t know if my son would still be alive or in jail; they saved him and my family. Thank you.
