Who?
DBA Project is a nationwide organisation that specialises in providing holistic and person-centred mentorship to young people in schools and other statutory organisations. Our dedicated team deliver bespoke wraparound care to help with anything from low-level behavioural issues to high-risk vulnerability and exposure to criminal activity, including gangs and knife crime.
Through 1-2-1 mentoring, workshops, interventions and more, we use our knowledge and expertise to influence young minds positively. Our lived experience is the foundation upon which we stand and inspire those in our care to have autonomy over their lives and make good decisions for themselves and their future.
We work closely with parents, guardians, DSL’s and adults in positions of authority, businesses, and statutory organisations. We help them to understand their young people and how to best support them through challenging times.

We envision a society where every individual, regardless of their background, can dream big, believe in themselves, and ultimately achieve their aspirations whilst positively impacting those around them and future generations.
